ลูกค้าหลายท่านพิมพ์บิลหรือเอกสารต่างด้วยกระดาษต่อเนื่องโดยเซ็ทฟอร์มใน excel ถ้าเป็นขนาดกระดาษขนาดปกติ 9×11 นิ้ว ก็จะสามารถเลือกขนาดกระดาษเป็น letter fanfold 8 1/2×11 นิ้วเพื่อพิมพ์กระดาษต่อเนื่องได้ แต่ถ้าเป็นกระดาษต่อเนื่องขนาด 9×5.5 นิ้วจะไม่มีให้เลือก จึงจำเป็นต้องเพิ่มขนาดกระดาษต่อเนื่องใหม่ขึ้นมา ซึ่งสามารถเพิ่มใน excel ได้ ตามที่เคยได้แนะนำไว้แล้ว สามารถเข้าไปดูได้โดยคลิกที่นี่

หากไม่สามารถเพิ่มใน excel ได้ ก็มีอีกวิธีคือเพิ่มกระดาษต่อเนื่องขนาด 9×5.5 นิ้วใน Print server properties ไม่ยากทำตามภาพได้เลย คลิกที่ภาพเพื่อดูภาพขนาดเต็มค่ะ

วิธีเพิ่มกระดาษต่อเนื่อง 9×5.5 นิ้ว

คลิกที่ Start >> Setting >>
คลิก Printer & Scanner
คลิก Print server properties
ติ๊กที่ New form เพื่อเพิ่มขนาดการดาษต่อเนื่องใหม่
ตั้งชื่อกระดาษต่อเนื่องเป็น 9×5.5 แล้วตั้งค่าระยะขอบกระดาษต่อเนื่องให้เป็น 0 ทุกด้าน

1. คลิกที่ Start >> Setting >> Devices
